What PromptFlow does.
PromptFlow LLC provides a missed-call text-back service for local business clients. When a caller can't reach your business, the system automatically sends them a text in your business's name so the lead can be recovered. We also send you a monthly report summarizing the calls captured on your behalf.
Who can sign up.
To use PromptFlow you must be a legitimate business entity (or an individual operating one) with the legal authority to operate the phone line being used with the service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
How you agree.
You accept these terms by signing up for the service, completing payment, or using the service in any way. If you don't agree to these terms, don't use the service.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to your account contact and posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
How billing works.
PromptFlow offers two options, billed through Stripe: a monthly subscription ($99/mo for your website plus the missed-call text-back service) and a one-time purchase ($199 for the website only). The monthly plan is month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel any time and your service will continue through the end of the current billing period.
- There is no setup fee. The $199 one-time option is a single charge for your website; the $99/month plan recurs until you cancel.
- Money-back guarantee: if you're not happy with your website, contact us and we'll make it right, including a refund — consistent with the guarantee shown on our site.
- The monthly fee is not pro-rated for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you keep the service until the end of the current period.
- If a payment fails, we'll attempt to recharge. After repeated failures we may pause or terminate service.
All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any taxes that may apply.
What you can and can't do with it.
PromptFlow is designed to send a text in response to a customer who just called your business. That is the only kind of message the service is meant to send. Specifically:
- Messages sent through the service must be in response to inbound customer calls. They must not be used for bulk or promotional outreach.
- You must not use the service to send spam, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise abusive content.
- You must not use the service for anything illegal under federal, state, or local law.
- You must comply with the TCPA, A2P 10DLC carrier rules, and any other laws or regulations that apply to business text messaging.
- You must promptly honor any recipient's request to stop receiving messages (the system handles STOP keywords automatically; do not work around that).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service of any client who violates these rules. Carrier-level compliance violations can lead to your number being blocked, which is bad for both of us.
What we promise (and don't).
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We use reasonable best effort to keep it running, but at this stage we don't offer an uptime guarantee or SLA. The service depends on third-party infrastructure (Twilio, Vercel, Upstash, your mobile carrier) which can have outages outside our control.
We will tell you promptly about issues we know about and we will work to fix problems quickly. If an outage or defect significantly affects your service, contact us and we'll make it right within reason.
Standard limits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptFlow LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business, arising out of or in connection with the service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid PromptFlow in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Ending the relationship.
Either of us may terminate the agreement at any time with reasonable notice. You can cancel by contacting us at chad@promptflowbusiness.com, by canceling through Stripe, or by replying to any account email. We may terminate or suspend the service if you violate these terms (especially the acceptable use rules), if your payment fails for an extended period, or for any reason on reasonable notice.
On termination: your right to use the service ends, and we'll wind down the message routing for your number. The monthly fee for the current period is non-refundable as described in the payment section, subject to the money-back guarantee above.
Where this lives, legally.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you and PromptFlow each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Questions about the terms.
Email chad@promptflowbusiness.com. A real person reads it and replies. If something in these terms is unclear, ask before you sign up — we'd rather get it right up front than argue about it later.
